The paddleshifter kit for Porsche 996 with Tiptronic gearbox is a replacement kit for the original steering wheel buttons.
It must be fitted when you want to install a racing steering wheel on Porsche 996 with automatic transmission.
This is a racing device but also a driving pleasure tool.
Everything has been designed from the beginning to satisfy the aesthetic and mechanical sensations, with attention to lightness and ergonomics.
In the paddleshifters, the + and – symbols are machined into the carbon.
They fit by 2 screws on the respective levers, in which 2 slots have been machined, with the dual function of lightening furthermore and allowing the adjustment of the distance of the paddles from the center. This is to match your fingers lenght.
The paddles can be screwed on either side of the leverss, to adjust their offset from the steering wheel and fit your hands and driving preferences even better.
The paddleshifter assembly is supplied pre-assembled and already with the wiring that interfaces with the original connector coming from the car.
