The paddleshifter kit for Porsche 996 with Tiptronic gearbox is an upgrade for the original steering wheel with plastic buttons.
It is a driving pleasure tool, to be installed together with the steering wheel spacer.
It upgrades both the shifting experience and the driving position, because it brings the steering wheel 2″ (5 cm) closer and improves the shifting experience.
Everything has been designed to satisfy the aesthetic and amplify mechanical sensations, with attention to lightness and ergonomics.
In the paddles, the + and – symbols are milled into the carbon.
Paddleshifters are mounted with 2 screws on the respective rockers, in which 2 slots have been cnc machined, with the dual function of lightening furthermore and allowing the adjustment of the distance of the paddles from the center. This is to suit the length of your fingers.
The paddles can be screwed on either side of the rockers, to adjust their distance from the steering wheel and fit your hands and driving preferences furthrtmore.
The paddleshifter assembly is supplied pre-assembled and already with the wiring that interfaces with the original connector coming from the car.
Comes with a variant of our steering wheel spacer, modified to fit the shifter assembly.
