The spacer can be installed on any Alfa 156’s version, transmission and trim, but only on models released from 2002 onwards.
The installation does not require extending the wires inside the steering wheel and any other modification on the car: it can be uninstalled in future and everything returns as before.
The improvement in the driving position is surprisingly impressive: with the steering wheel spacer you can move and recline the seat backwards, gaining loads of room for your legs and still hold the steeering wheel naturally, without having your arms too much extended.
