How bringing the steering wheel closer improves the driving position?
This type of need is usually felt by drivers in cars without telescopic adjustment of the steering wheel position. While driving, we are used to set the driving position holding the steering wheel as we are most comfortable to, and adapt the legs position subsequently.
If the steering wheel distance from the dashboard can’t be adjusted, legs are forced in tiny room between the wheelò and the pedals, hitting the dahsboard whole driving.
This create pain to knees, ankles, hips, lumbar back… to avoid all this, the seat has to be slided a couple of cm (or inches) backwards.
Unfortunately, this solve the problem for the legs but generates another one which is as annoy: the steering wheel becomes too far, arms are over extended in a very awkward position which soon leads to neck and shoulder pains.
The steering wheel spacer for the Fiat Doblò solve the problem bringing the steering wheel 5 cm (2″) closer to the driver.
This is a godsend boost for the driving pleasure.

Workers spend hours in the van, and not being able to adjust the steering wheel is a nightmare.
With our spacer, the steering wheel comes closer by 6 cm and life behind the wheel changes.
The steering wheel spacer is a hub that fits between the steering wheel and the steering column and was originally made for racing cars with aftermarket steering wheel.
It has the same purpose: bring the steering wheel closer to ensure a better grip and driving feel, but applied to a road car (or a van) it also has the effect of making it much more comfortable.
It allows to move the seat back as far as possible and drive with your legs more extended under the wheel. Your knees will thank you.
