2. Scope and acceptance
These terms govern the sale of products offered on spacershop.com. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them. We recommend saving a copy.
We sell both to consumers and to business customers. Clauses marked as applying to consumers apply only to those purchasing for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.
3. Products
We sell steering wheel spacers and accessories for motor vehicles. Each product is described on its own page, including the vehicle models it fits. It is your responsibility to check compatibility with your vehicle before purchasing; if in doubt, write to info@spacershop.com before ordering.
Images are illustrative and may differ slightly from the actual product in finish and colour rendering.
Installation and use. Products must be installed correctly, following the instructions supplied and the road traffic regulations applicable in the country of use. We are not liable for damage arising from incorrect installation, improper use, or uses that do not comply with local regulations.
4. Prices and taxes
All prices are in euro (EUR). Unless stated otherwise, prices shown in the catalogue and cart are exclusive of VAT, as indicated by the “+ IVA” suffix.
Applicable VAT is calculated and added at checkout based on the destination country, in accordance with current European legislation. The total amount payable, including taxes and shipping, is shown clearly before you confirm your order.
For shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are payable by the buyer and are not included in the price.
5. How the contract is formed
Submitting an order through the site constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we send the order confirmation email to the address you provided.
We reserve the right to decline incomplete orders, orders containing manifestly incorrect details, or orders for unavailable products. In such cases we will inform you by email and, where payment has already been taken, refund it in full.
6. Payment

Card details are transmitted encrypted directly to the payment provider: they do not pass through our servers and are not stored by us. Payment is taken when the order is confirmed.

In any event delivery takes place within a maximum of 30 days from conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
Delivery times are indicative and run from payment confirmation. Delays attributable to the carrier or to force majeure do not give rise to compensation, without prejudice to the rights granted to consumers by law.
On delivery, check that the packaging is intact. If it shows visible damage, accept the delivery with a written reservation on the carrier’s document and let us know within a few days.
8. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you purchase as a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without giving any reason and without penalty.
The period runs from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. Where a single order contains multiple goods delivered separately, the period runs from delivery of the last item. You may exercise the right of withdrawal from the moment the contract is concluded, even before receiving the goods.
To exercise it, use the dedicated function on the site: Withdraw from contract here. You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email, on a durable medium, containing the content of your declaration and the date and time of transmission. You remain free to communicate your withdrawal through any other explicit statement.
Goods must be returned without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are payable by you, unless stated otherwise. Refunds, including standard delivery costs, are issued within 14 days of receiving your notification, using the same payment method used for the purchase; we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of return shipment.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
9. Legal guarantee of conformity (consumers)
Products purchased by consumers are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, lasting two years from delivery. In the event of a lack of conformity you are entitled to have conformity restored by repair or replacement or, under the conditions set by law, to a price reduction or termination of the contract.
To make a claim, write to info@spacershop.com stating your order number and a description of the defect, attaching photographs where possible.
The guarantee does not cover defects arising from incorrect installation, improper use, modifications to the product, accidents or normal wear.

11. Personal data

12. Governing law and disputes
The contract is governed by Italian law. Consumers resident in the European Union continue to benefit from the mandatory provisions more favourable to them under the law of their country of habitual residence.
For disputes with a consumer, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the court of the consumer’s place of residence or elected domicile. For buyers acting in the course of business, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Court of Monza, Italy.
Before taking legal action you may contact us for an amicable settlement at info@spacershop.com. You may also use the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies provided for by applicable law.
13. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Each sale is governed by the version published on the site when the order was placed.
