Steering wheel spacer for Renault Megane 4

Sometimes the steering wheel adjustments offered as standard are not enough. It always seems that we can adapt but then using the car every day something is always missing, there is always that detail that we would like to change. “This car is fine, if only you could pull the steering wheel back a little more…” Now you can: we developed this version of our spacer right on a Megane RS 4. I’m 1.82 meters but I didn’t feel good even with the steering wheel all the way out. Great for those who want a sporty driving position with the steering wheel close up. It is the perfect solution for those who want to bring the steering wheel closer to the driver without having to use the goblet steering wheel and give up the airbag. The kit offered here is valid for the Megane 4 with manual transmission. It can be installed on all versions, from diesel to RS Trophy, but only with a manual gearbox. The kit can also be mounted on other Renaults contemporary with the Megane 4: the Talisman, the Kadjar. Unfortunately, however, we do not have photos of the steering wheel spacer installed on these cars. The steering wheel spacer includes a harness to stretch wires inside the steering wheel. The wiring harness has original Renault connectors. If you have an automatic transmission, you need the other kit we offer, which includes adapters that also bring the paddle shifters closer to the steering wheel, because the paddles are attached to the steering column, and after bringing the steering wheel closer they would be too far away. The whole kit can be mounted without modifying the cables inside the steering wheel, because the airbag cables are 20 cm long, while for the steering wheel control cables we provide you with an extension to connect to the original connectors, without having to cut and lengthen the wires.
